SHIPPING AND FULFILMENT INFO

SHIPPING

Mystery Boxes will ship in time for Domestic Christmas Delivery. We will do our best to get all international orders posted quickly so that there is ample time to recieve them, however with customs being a major unpredictable factor- we cannot guarantee international orders will make it in time for the big day. All domestic orders are fulfilled from the US and shipped USPS with signature confirmation. International orders will be sent via UPS or USPS, depending on your location. FedEx and UPS delivery are available to all customers by request. Email andrew@kineticcollectibles.com after purchase for additional instructions/fees for alternative shipping services.

COMBINED ORDERS

We can combine orders with products from any affiliated artist with Kinetic Collectibles, across our network of stores.  Requests for Kinetic combines can also be emailed to andrew@kineticcollectibles.com.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing on all orders are 4-8 weeks. Original Art will be shipped securely, affixed to a masonite hard board and packed in a box with additional cardboard protection. We pride ourselves on near-bombproof packaging.
